ABOUT
Naches Fire manages the Naches Ranger District in the Okanogan Wenatchee National Forest. The Naches Ranger District encompasses approximately 518,000 acres and extends from near the town of Naches to the crest of the Cascades in the William O. Douglas, Norse Peak, Goat Rocks Wilderness and White Pass areas. The fire management program consists of upwards of 40 individuals that staff a Type II Initial Attack Handcrew, two Type 3 Engines, as well as an extensive Fuels Management and Prevention Program.
